I just wanted to reach out to you to let you know that I see you, I’m praying for you, and you are truly at the top of our Heavenly Father’s mind. He sees your pain, he sees your suffering, and he desires to see you healed, set you free, and live a life full of love, joy, hope, peace, and purpose. For years, I have counseled many of my sisters from different backgrounds, cultures, races, and upbringings who have been (S)uffering (I)n (S)ilence for way too long.
Some of you are carrying pain from multiple losses that may stem from divorce, death, rape, molestation, addiction, and traumas of all kinds that has caused you to have to deal with anxiety and depression that no one seems to understand or even know about. I know it’s hard to trust, I know it’s hard to figure out how to stop the pain. The number one thing that is instrumental in your pain is putting your “Voice” to it. That’s right you have to talk about it and vocalize that pain or it will continue to squeeze the life out of you bit by bit.
We live in a world where we feel like we have to always fight and we suppress our pain, hoping and praying that it will just go away. Many of you have told yourself or have even been told to “Just get over it”, but SIS you keep (S)uffering (I)n (Silence). The longer you hold all of that pain the more of your precious life that you are literally giving away to the enemy. Putting your “Voice” to it slowly helps you to take back your authority and take back everything that was stolen from you.
This is exactly what God has called me to do, to help his sons and daughters who have been (S)uffering (I)n (S)ilence. Healing is a process and it does not always feel good but know that on the other side is everything that you have been longing to experience and that is FREEDOM.
Whether you read this today, a week from now, months from now, a year from now, or decades from now, know that Your Life is Worth Fighting for. You have purpose and so much life to live no matter how old you are, the color of your skin, where you raised, where you live, how you dress, how you walk, how you talk, or anything else. You are Fearfully and Wonderfully made and created in the image of God. So no more. No more (S)uffering (I)n (S)ilence. Take back your authority and turn that faith into action. Seek help from a professional day. Of course, I would love to work with you but if that means connecting you to another provider in your area to start you off on your road to recovery please do not hesitate to reach out and I will be more than happy to point you in the right direction.
